The other day I saw a questionable charge on my AM EX.  But
before I called I looked at the date and realized the purchase was on a saturday, then I realized which Saturday, the one where I was sipping some Jim Beam. (OK a lot of Jim Beam) Turns out a spent a hundred bucks on something I wouldn't have bought had ole Jim not been there to encourage me.  But I'm glad he did 'cause I like what i bought...Has this happened to you?

| Alcohol and eBay window shopping does not go hand in hand. One morning about a year ago I got up to check 'My eBay' and found that I had purchased the complete 3-Season DVD box set of "What's Happening!!". I'm thinking of inventing an eBay breathalizer (sp) to prevent myself and others from making such stupid purchases in the future.

| There are cell phones with breathalizers now to avoid DUI's and the disasterous call to an ex after closing time here , so I'm sure it's not impossible that in the future this, too, will be a reality. I bought one or two items while tipsy, but nothing seems to stand out as "WTF?". I think the worst thing I've done lately is email the governor of Washington after a few too many shots of George Dickel. Thank God I can still spell correctly when I've been drinking. If I'm going to ramble, let it at least be linguistically sound.
