I have had negitive dealings with this individual to include harassment and registering under different ids to add negative feedback.
I also found this post online about the same buyer.

In early 2007, a buyer twogoofy_4u (Kirk Bramlett) attempted to make a best offer on an auction that I was the seller for. Based on a decline of that auction the buyer registered under the ID of jacktripper1255 with a fake name (jack tripper) and address (seattle, wa) and purchased every item in my eBay store and never submitted payment. Both IDs were subsequently suspended from eBay.
In April, the same buyer re-registered as madsince1934 (Kirk Bramlett) and began transacting on eBay again. This time the buyer was able to defraud me of merchandise has attempted to defraud at least one other member who I happen to personally know. Based on communications with eBay madsince1934 was removed from eBay. Once again, however, this buyer re-registered using a fake name (george wilson) and address (redmond, wa) under the userid of dennis_the_menace1970. This buyer purchased something from my eBay store and then requested to pay via a non accepted method. Once I declined and opened an unpaid item dispute, the buyer left negative feedback and sent me an e-mail stating they were taking advantage of the new eBay feedback policy to which I had no recourse.
According to searches on the internet, this buyer has a history of registering under multiple IDs and harassing buyers. This member has had over 50 ebay IDs including the ones found on a post at the following link:

I would like to say that I am Kirk Bramlett and everything that David Smith has stated is untrue and unfounded. The information posted on the Marc Perkel website was falsified by a disgrunteled eBay member whom tried to defraud me. I filed a PPBC and received a refund. He then posts my contact information and all of those IDs which I supposedly created. I filed charges for harassment and slander. I also filed charges against Mr. Perkel after refusing to adhere to a court ordered subponea stating that he needs to remove it.
In closing, I would like to state that David Smith, whom has had the the 3 previous eBay ID's dsmith.75, dsmith_97, david_smith0xp7 and the current ID of: schmed75 is the true eBayer that Sucks. Only an individual with no class whatsoever would try to make you believe in a posting that is 4 years old. David is just mad that he sent me the wrong item, I sent the wrong item back and the USPS loses it. He falsely accused me of not shipping the Disney Dollar back. I just wanted to post my reply in my defense and will be working with the webmaster to have this posting removed as well as the authorities in Westminster, MD in filing charges against Mr. David Smith

Working with the webmaster? You mean sending threats of legal recourse and saying that we have "24 hours to comply"?
I don't know what happened with you, Kirk, and this other party. At best anyone's story on their own behalf is ambiguous. On the other hand, when I see people come on threatening charges, lawsuits, and giving time frames it's usually from someone that is very difficult to work with under any circumstance.
That's just my experience.

Another follow-up.
This buyer re-registered again and attempted to purchase another item. This time eBay did remove the user and canceled the transaction.
BTW - the threats you received soc are similar to the ones I received. I 100% agree with you on that some people are just difficult to deal with.
