| Bought book on Egypt from this guy ("kyle b hanna-huff"; [417] 623-0706) in in Dublin Missouri. Book arrived with many missing pages. I contacted him, he apologized and said send it back for refund. I did (more $$$)--no refund and no replies to repeated messages and phone calls. 45-day time limit ran out and eBay/PayPal will not help. Learn from my mistake.

| If you paid by credit or debit you should go to the issuing bank and ask to do a chargeback for an item not received. Sometimes they'll resist a little, but if you are persistent with them they can reverse the funds for you. Paypal may have you showing a balance once the charges are reversed, but it's the only method by which you can get your money back at this point.
