I have already begun by trying to move most of my new, higher end items to amazon. There are still some things that I need ebay for, but I'm doing as much as possible off of ebay, which has become the online Wal-Mart.

I know of at least 500 artist and collectors who have stated they are on strike. That's a bunch! Unlike a lot of others, these folks aren't saying they are leaving for good, nor have left before in a huff and wandered back.

Over time so many have quit. Many of those stated damn good reasons. They'll be fine, but I sure wish folks would learn that if you are going to leave a thing, best just do it with as little fanfare as possible. From my years of observation I've never see an exodus change the power structure which created the situation. Keep in mind, power concedes nothing. Any power held must be wrist away and you can never do that when you're packin' all your goods.

I'm watching the medvet charts sway and spike. I don''t see anything dynamic. Tuesday's flow is like last Tuesday, only a bit better.

I leave open the door of that cynical conspiracy spot on my knoggin. I do wonder if eBay hasn't fostered some ringers or left open a door to listings uncommon to the count. Afterall, they do have the code and the power and seem quit determine to concede nothing. Most especially their inability to factor math.

Well said, and I'd also like to point out that victims of the VERO program are probably dancing in the streets at this very moment.

"VERO: oh, you sold a $20 piece of OEM software so we're going to restrict your account. What? You mean you sold $50,000 with us last month in other items? Too bad."
