| I am new to the whole ebay thing and not really knowing I was looking for a Pearl Jam album and as I found the listings, there was one under "Buy It Now" for $7.99 + shipping . I thought "ohh man this is a deal, not realizing that I was in line to get scammed. Do I use this website to alert fellow ebayers of this bastard. Before he scamms other newbys like myself?

To answer your question; in a nutshell, yes.
It would help if you could tell us how you got scammed, even provide an item number.

Ok, the item number is 120169063319. The heading was Dissident - Pearl Jam 3 CD SET RARE. As I described before it was under the Buy it Now feature. After doing some research of my own it turns out that under his/her feedback, all the negative issues were the same. for example... item never received or no communication. Ive emailed him/her 5+ times and never receved a response. Under the paypa reciept it states that his name is Seller Information

| Well that's pretty easy to deal with. You file an item not received claim with paypal and then he'll have to prove delivery. If he has not way to prove delivery online, then they'll reverse the charges and you'll get all of your money back.
